Rabbit Rotisserie

onion salt
garlic salt
thyme leaves
marjoram leaves
lemon pepper seasoning
oregano cut and sifted
basil
cilantro leafe
ground paprika
bay leaves ( broken)
sage
rosemary-2 dashes
fresh ground pepper

take a freezer bag put 1 dash of all the spices in it.
take one whole rabbit wet and put in the bag shake well.
place the rabbit in the freezer for one week-or however long you want at least one week.
take it out let thaw
put it on the rotisserie you may have to tie it on.
let it cook for 1 hour or untill ready.
