Fennel Rabbit

Take one rabbit,if tame around sixteen weeks,if not then about 3/4 grown .Place garlic,fennel and onion in the cavity.Wrap in fennel leaves seal in foil roast until tender,serve with new potatoes and veg.,of choice and a light gravy.The saddle in particular is excellent served cold with salad.
