Cut rabbit into generous serving pieces. Flatten by pounding meat gently.

Roll pieces of meat in crumbs, then in the beaten egg and then again in crumb mixture.
Fry in butter over med. heat for 30 mins.
Add tomato juice and cook for 1 hr. over very low heat.
