Here is a simple recipe for wild rabbit. It can also be used for chicken or for pork when your hunt has not been up to par.

Boil rabbit until tender and allow to cool. Using a fork put as many perforations in rabbit as possible. Cover with coarse black pepper and place in an appropiate sized bowl for rabbit pieces. Smother rabbit with cheap italian dressing and allow to soak for at least three hours. Now you are ready to bake or throw the rabbit or rabbits on the grill. I love this simple recipe and I do believe that y'all will too.
