Dress rabbit. Wash carefully. Cut in pieces for serving.

Let stand in salted water overnight. Drain.

Roll in flour. Fry in butter until well browned.

Add 1/2 c. water. Cover.

Bake in 400 degree oven, until tender.

Make gravy, and pour over rabbit.
