I'm fifty seven years old, but started begging my dad and older brother to let me go rabbit hunting at the tender age of three.  Looking back now, I realize that it was the thrill of the hunt in their voices, as they exchanged exciting highlights of previous hunts, that aroused my interest, as well as just being allowed and accepted to tag along makes any little country boy feel he's ten feet tall and bullet proof!  Let me tell you, when I finally got the OK to go along, it built a fire in me, to carry on the family tradition to this day.  I can't remember the first rabbit I ever shot or how many I have missed since.  I have always had an appetite for, and I love the taste of those, little critters so much that I could have possibly been highly motivated by just that factor alone.

My aim is still improving today (half truth) as I chase 'em dang near every day I can.  :o)
